What do the lotus blossom, bamboo and oak trees all have in common? Most of the growth that takes place is beneath the surface and can’t be seen by the naked eye.
As human beings, our emotional and psychological growth can often times mimic these amazing plants. So much happens beneath the surface, in the subconscious. This is where we confront all that is holding us back from the happiness and joy we desire.
The work I do runs deep and is life changing. There are always blocks that bubble to the surface … fear, doubt, anxiety, anger … you name it, resistance comes in all forms.
Just know, if you are experiencing these feelings, growth is happening in the unseen places. And if you stick to the work and continue to journey forward, soon you will be happily surprised at the successes that crop up!
